This time of year is when spiritual happenings become stronger, the veil is thinning and it's a beautiful time to connect with loved one's that have passed on to the other side, some you knew, others you did not, yet they are there, loving and supporting you none the less.

The veil between the world around us and the spiritual world begins to thin with the Fall Equinox here in the Northern Hemisphere, when day and night are in equal balance. The weather becomes cooler and Mother Earth begins to slow down, she worked hard through Spring and Summer, Autumn then becomes the time to enjoy the bounty that has been grown. Mother Earth will then prepare for sleep as the Winter months come upon us, and the bounty is many because the people worked in harmony with her and now give gratitude and thanks going into winter stillness with full bellies, hearts and homes. 

This is the natural cycles of the Earth and us. There once was a time when people worked in harmony with these energies and...

Death, we've all experienced it.

It comes in many forms, the loss of a loved one, the death of a marriage, a home, a family, a four legged friend or job. 

My family and I suffered a tragic loss over the Summer, my husband of eighteen years was killed in a motorcycle accident, and with him was the death of who I thought I was and what my future would hold.

I share with you, my heart filled with compassion and understanding as you may be learning to navigate through your own transitions, some abrupt in nature, some more gradual.

Life is filled with many cycles of death, some more difficult than others.   

Today I want to send you feelings of peace and trust and a reminder that you are not alone, you are seen and understood, loved by a source much greater than your own understanding - and it is supporting you on your soul's journey and purpose for this life.
